PVC paste resin is a special fine‑particle polyvinyl chloride produced by emulsion or micro‑suspension polymerization. It is white talc‑like powder with ultra‑fine particle size. After mixing with plasticizer, it forms stable fluid plastisol (PVC sol) at room temperature, which solidifies after heating.
It features good chemical stability, flame resistance, corrosion resistance, easy coloring and excellent processability, suitable for coating, dipping, rotational molding, slush molding and foaming processing.
Main applications include artificial leather, floor leather, wallpaper, industrial gloves, inflatable toys, soft trademarks, water‑based coatings and conveyor belts.
